Cancellation, Return Policy
At Jupenova we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issue, or you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order is not paid for, you can easily cancel it yourself.
If you are canceling your paid order which has not yet to be shipped out, please kindly contact us at customer@jupenova.com. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number. Thank you!
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
Your perfect pleasure is what we aim for! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return/exchange your purchase if we have still not met your expectations.
We would accept returns/exchanges if you notify us via email at customer@jupenova.com.
Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
Each order is eligible for one free exchange for a new size, color, or alternative item priced equal to or lower than the original item being exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
The following information is needed to process your request:
- Your order number(the order number should start with "jupe")
- The name and email address used to place the order
- Reasons for return
REFUND
If you feel the product that you’ve purchased does not show the requirements that you initially had in mind, then you do have the option to request a refund.
Here are the circumstances in which refunds will be granted:
- If the product you’ve purchased is completely non-functional.
- If you did not receive your product within 60 business days after the date that your order has been placed.
Please Note:
- Refund will go back to your account in 3-5 business days.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You cannot ask for a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed "delivered" in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)
